Far Packaging specializes in Short Run Corrugated Boxes with No Quantity Limits.  Our boxes are Custom made to your dimensions, out of either 200# or W5C material. 

Request Custom Cardboard Boxes with No Quantity Limits. For Custom Boxes, we also use single wall, double wall and triple wall corrugated.  All of our 200 and W5C corrugated is single wall.

What is 200# and W5C Corrugated?

Cardboard has different bursting strengths.  200# cardboard is rated with up to 200 # of bursting strength. This means that you can put 84 lbs per square foot with the size limit of 75 inches and gross weight of 65 lbs before the box will fail.  W5C is a weather resistant cardboard that has 275# of bursting strength and a size limit of 95 inches with the gross weight of 95lbs.

Most military packaging requires the W5C cardboard. This cardboard is stronger and can get wet without loosing its strength.  Regular cardboard will start to fail when in gets wet. W5C does not.
